The design-engineering department “NEPTUN ENGINEERING”, operated in the Company since 2002 and awarded by certificate of Russian Maritime Register of Shipping (RMRS), elaborates the project-engineering documentation for:
- construction of small-size ships;
- construction of metal structures of offshore and onshore destination;
- renovation of ships;
- calculation of ships’ stability;
- reequipment of ships’ hull, mechanical, electrical parts;
- ships’ hydraulic systems;
- ships’ automation systems;
- repair and reequipment of stationary and buoyant oil platforms;
- installation of systems of marine telecommunication, satellite communication and navigation on the ships and onshore enterprises;
- construction and repair of port, purifying and oil-refining installations;
- construction and current repair of onshore port and mooring installations;
- oil-refining installations.

Repair – assembling works on the objects of oil industry.
- repair and renovation of ships under supervision of Russian Maritime Register of Shipping (RMRS), American Bureau of Shipping (ABS) and Det Norske Veritas (DNV);
- construction of small-size ships with length up to 35 meters;
- construction of metal structures of marine destination;
- repair works of the ships’ hull part;
- blast-cleaning of the ships by the SŔ-2,5standard;
- painting of the hull part of the ships by using the equipment of airless sprinkling;
- building-up scaffolds for carrying out repair, cleaning and painting on the higher parts of the ships, oil platforms and different metal structures of the marine destination;
- thickness measurement of the metal without paint/coating or through the paint/coating by the ultrasound device;
- installation, repair, starting up – adjustment of the energy installations with the power from 50 up to 1500 kW on the ships and oil objects;
- installation, repair and starting up – adjustment of the ship’s mechanisms of engine room: pumps, separators, air compressors, fans and etc.;
