This year the Company has won two tenders from “Salyan Oil” At the same time in June 2003 the Company began to perform the following works:
- Construction of two substations with the capacity of 6 kW of each, providing 8 new wells with energy. Construction of electricity transmission line to the distance of more than 12km, construction of two buildings for substations competent to the world standards, creation of total infrastructure for their service. In August of this year all works had been submitted to “Salyan Oil”.
- Construction of collector-separator station for the 8 new wells, lying of pipeline 6” from the collector-separator station to the all 8 wells. Construction of more than 6.000m of pipeline. In August of this year all works had been submitted to “Salyan Oil”.
2004
One of the first grand projects of “Neptun Co. Ltd.” in current year is Capital repair and full upgrading of m/v “Neftegaz-19” (“Vadim Seyidov”), this vessel was on the post about 14 years without any movement and repair.
The Second grant projects of “Neptun Co. Ltd.” in current year is Capital repair and full upgrading of c/v “Atlet-8”, this vessel was on the post about 8 years without any movement.
And also, next works have been done by the Company:
- Fabrication of Transponder poles for “Saipem” Company, all fabrication works were carried out in the workshop of “Neptun Co. Ltd.”
- Fabrication of swan covers for tap ship «Azerbaijan» and “STB-1” ship; all fabrication works were carried out in the workshop of “Neptun Co. Ltd.”
- Calibration and registration of gauging devices for “McDermott” company
- Repair of propellers on the “Voe Trader” ship by the order of “McDermott” Company;
- Elaboration of technical drawings and installation of GPS equipment with approval of RMRS on the tap ship «Azerbaijan»
- Purchasing, transportation, installation, commissioning and testing of the GMDSS equipment on STB-1.
- Provision of “Neptun Co. Ltd.” welders for “Saipem” Company
- Elaboration of technical drawings, fabrication, testing (by “EMM Company”) and painting of 20 Offshore Skips in the workshop of “Neptun Co. Ltd.” For “Sedco Forex” Company
- Elaboration of technical drawings and installation of the RLA, RLS, GPS, approval with RMRS and installation on m/v “Vixr-9”, “Ali Mustafayev”, “Suleyman Vezirov”, “Ramiz Haciyev”, “Vixr-3”
- Elaboration of technical drawings and installation of the UAIS, GMDSS, with approval of RMRS on the sips: “General Asadov”, “Sabit Orucov”, “Neftegaz 10” and etc;
- Elaboration of technical drawings and installation of the UAIS with of RMRS on “Pacific Raider” ship for “Swire Pacific” Company
- Programming of VHF radio station on “Uluchay”, “Ramiz Haciyev”, repair of dynamic positioning system on m/v “Ali Amirov”
- Testing of fire sensors on the ships: «Ilgar Poluyev», «Aura», «Andoga», «Islam Kerimov», and «Gulf Backer», “Adalet Gulmamedov”, «Avior», “Vikhr-5”, “Vikhr-11”, “Samir Guliyev”, “Batakh”, “Bunkerovshik-6”, “Ekhram Khaligov”, “MPK-470”, “Atamoglan Kerimov”, “Ramiz Hajiyev”, checking of current-limiting circuit breakers on the ships: “Ali Mustafayev”, “MPK-474” and etc.;
- Fault detection of the hull, cleaning of sea chests, repair of stern roller, thruster unit, air tanks of the main engine (with submitting to ABS), installation of new alarm system in the refrigerator chambers, measurement of cable and electric motor insulation resistance were done on the “Gulf Balder” ship by the order of “Tidewater Marine International, Inc.” Company;
- Dock repair of the ship “Tabriz Khalilbeyli” by the order of “Bue Caspian Ltd.” Company;
- Repair of the mechanical and electrical parts of the ship «Mikayil Aliyev» by the order of Caspian Marine Oil Fleet.
On September 08, 2004 the annually inspection of Quality Management System of “Neptun Co. Ltd.” was carried out by Certification Association “Russian Register”. As a result of inspection, besides the confirmation of ISO 9001:2000 Certificate of Quality Management System conformity, issued by “Russian Register”, the Company also was awarded by the IQNet certificate. This certificate (¹ 02.144.026), issued by IQNet and “Russian Register” certifies that the Company in respect of organizing and carrying out of ship repair has implemented and maintains a Management System according to ISO 9001:2000 standard.
Certification Association “Russian Register” is the member of International Association of Certification organs “IQNet”. “IQNet” – is the International Certification Network, established in accordance with the legislation of Switzerland. The International Association consolidates 36 leading certification organs, which are developed in management certification field.
2005
The Company is carrying-out one of the grand projects of classifying repair of “Neftegaz-9” with the order of KSF this year. Telecommunication works (installation of equipment, navigation, GMSSB, satellite) were held on KSF ships at the same time.
Also, works on classifying repair of “SALGAN-8” and “ATLET-8” ships started in 2004 are coming to the end.
Dock repair of “OM” ship by the order of “BLUE Caspian Ltd”
Following works have been carried out by the order of “Tidewater Marine International, Inc”:
- Dock repair on “AURA”, “Gulf Backer” ships;
- repair of electronic system of generator, and repair of the main automatic device of the generator #1 on “AURA Tidewater” ship;
- repair of control system on “LYUTOGA” ship
- repair of start-up system of generator, repair of notification station of fire alarm on “BACKER” ship;
- repair of system of automatical tuning on “ANDOGA” ship
- defecations of corps according to the ABS demands on “BALDER” ship.
